Perhaps restaurants named after a human are better than those that aren't?

Everyone has a meal they'll never forget, this is mine. Chicken and Mash is not your usual combo, but please believe me when I say, this one was one of the best combinations that I have ever eaten.
I love this restaurant, Thomas Maxwell. It's got such a warm elegant feel to it. It's personally in my top 5 places to eat. The food is so incredible, if food had personality, this would be a vibrant, good time kind of person. The type of food that you are always trying to be around. The restaurant has a very mature, and warm feeling to it. I came here for dinner on a winter night but I didn't feel those typical winter blues. I felt like I was in my own home, just being served incredible food. I would come here when having a intimate family dinner, or meeting with friends, but not the ones you haven't seen in a while and want to catch up, the ones you're looking to have a sweet night with good food. The environment allows for one to be sensitive, vulnerable and honest. It is the restaurant you go to with people you are familiar with.
The service is excellent, the chefs like to walk around and ask customers how they feel about the meals, which shows they care. The service is sincere. The waiters are attentive, but not that annoying attentive where you feel like you can't eat in peace.
This is the place that serves meals with meaning. This is where you come if you're genuinely looking for a good meal, not just a night/day out.
