The fondest memories are made when gathered around a table.

I am a firm believer in creating traditions with those that you love, and this restaurant here has become a tradition between my father and I. I will always be drawn to the aesthetics within the restaurant that create a degree of warm intimacy that can be felt between those you are sharing the experience with. In order for restaurants to succeed, they need to ensure they have offered an attribute that will not only differentiate themselves from other restaurants, but also make sure that what ever it is that makes them different, is highly appreciated. Trumps does this with their hospitality, warmth and aesthetics the restaurant offers.

Firstly, the most obvious aspect to address is the food. Their food is without a doubt prepared to perfection. All meals that I had, offered a various amount of life changing tastes. When preparing spicy food, there is always a thin line between greatness, and disaster. So the fact that my livers were spicy, but still incredibly enjoyable shows one that they are masters in what they do. Their efforts are noticed and enjoyed.

The sort of ambiance that is projected by a restaurant is a huge influence in why I would choose to eat there. Depending on what vibe that I feel is offered, will determine whether I go. Because it is a grill house, that is one of the major vibes you get from there. All the energies are pointing at the fact that it is a traditional grill house, which is great if that is what you are looking for. It is a very vibrant restaurant, but not due to high noise levels but rather the fact the restaurant offers an energy that pushes people to engage with each other in a calm manner.

I also enjoyed the way that management offers their services. How you engage with your customers sets the tone for the overall eating out experience. They have perfected the ability to find the balance between engaging with their customers, but not making their customers annoyed by their presence. The staff put you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. The way that they treat their customers brings your a form of assurance that you are in good hands, and that it will be a worthwhile encounter.

This is a good restaurant for any occasions that are of a more formal note. I would not come here for celebratory purposes, but rather for interactions, where you are really looking to engage with your company on a level that will have you leave you with conversations of meaning and substance. This could be in the form of business meetings, or catch up dates with a friend, or simply a dinner.

Its aspects like these that make me want to continually come back to this restaurant. I enjoy the consistency of their greatness, so I never have a reason to not go back.
