Coolest place with the coolest name!

I think if you're going to name your restaurant Pablo's-Eggs-Go Bar, which is a pretty dope name, you've got to serve pretty dope food, and Iucky for Pablo's they were able to do that. The place is just as cool as the name.

The food is so amazing, has the most incredible twist and cool flavours. It's obviously got to be your first choice for breakfast food because a lot of the dishes incorporate eggs but with other amazing sides. I'm a big breakfast person so I was really excited when I found a place that specializes in this.

I have this theory that restaurants in a restaurant area (Melville, greenside, melrose) type of places have to be extra focused on how to give their restaurants that competitive edge, when you have so many restaurants to chose some, it's easier to just settle for the first one that you see. Pablo's has that advantage, they've got that extra cool that will draw you to them, especially all the Narcos fan, and it's got a really cool aesthetic that makes you want to walk in. They've got that winning factor which is so important.

It's obviously mainly got breakfast meals so I would use that as my go to breakfast place. They've also got a special meals that you can order from so if you're looking for a lunch place, that could be a good option too. Lovely for Saturday/Sunday mornings, maybe after going to the gym, looking for a brunch date, or just want a good start to the week. I think this is your best bet.

It's good for the young adult and above, people that can truly appreciate the diverse menu and taste, I also associate Melville with an older vibe. Besides that, I think it's perfect for anyone whose looking for a day out but have a familiar sort of relationship, so your lovers, friends, parents, close colleagues. It gives off the vibe that allows one to feel relaxed and at home, and that's what I feel it does!

I will definitely be going back, there's so much excitement in finding a good place, with a good vibe. The name also just makes it 10x cooler!
