I am so excited that Paul's Restaurant is not one of those overrated restaurants that you go to, and you not sure if you actually like it, or you are just blinded by the hype. Really, I probably say this in all my posts, but it is definitely becoming one of my faves (forgive me, I really like good food). It has all the perfect aspects that make a restaurant incredible, amazing, tasty food, a real good aesthetic, it lives up to the French Vibes, good service, and great seating.

I am big on the ambiance and vibe that a restaurant has to offer. The vibe can take the restaurant from good to brilliant, just based on what the ambiance has to offer. When you feeling the vibe you have no choice but to enjoy the food even more. The conversations start to flow, the energy levels start to increase and the restaurant just seems so much cooler. This is definitely what I felt at Pauls. They have this beautiful outside seating, that places you perfectly in the sun, which is perfect on a Winters day (Winter sun beats Summer Sun) and an indoor bakery inside the restaurant which makes the place smell so yummy, and keeps you wanting to try the new foods that they have to offer. The actual tables are so cute and are appropriately decorated, cute little wooden tables.

The food obviously is also a cherry on top, I went with one of my good friends for brunch and our meals were completely opposite. I had crumpets with Nutella and a side plate of the crispiest bacon while she had this amazing chicken serving with parmesan mashed potato. Both meals were both so different, but so tasty at the same time. Which is how i can conclude that they are a really good restaurant, it is not the type of place where they only excel in one type of meal. I must add a side note, which is pretty disappointing to those wanting to try out the bakery and are allergic to gluten. They don’t have a gluten free option. Or you could risk it for the biscuit, your choice.

I saw a very diverse crowd there people with kids, lovers, friends, and solo. So I won’t limit to anyone specific and will just refer to it as the people’s restaurant. Fit for us all. It is really a great place to be. Please do try it my fellow foodies.
