Salmon at Signature

It's very refreshing and interesting to observe that a restaurant that was once one of the top restaurants hasn't lost its touch despite all the new restaurants that have come up since the start of Signature.

It has always served amazing food, very artistic plates which is great for a blogger like myself, exceptional service, wonderful entertainment and if you're lucky to get a good table, a very pretty view of the sunset. You really can't fault it on much, the price tag is definitely worth it. 

It's tricky to say exactly what occasion it's fit for, as there was a diverse crowd that was there for different occasions. I was there for a friends birthday dinner, which I thought was a very appropriate setting the crowd was made up of both a younger and older scene. There were also people who met up at the bar for drinks, a couple who shared a date night as well as a family night out. So I guess if you're willing to pay the price, and looking for a good meal, that's definitely a good option.

The vibe is super cool. They have the most amazing entertainment that isn't too loud, a perfect level of subtle. The way the lighting and tables are set up is also very well. Also like how I mentioned above, the view of the sun setting is a cherry on top.

There was so much to enjoy about this night out and I'm very glad I was lucky enough to find it. If you're ever going to treat yourself or your loved ones, this is a good place to start.
